EAS Corner Collision Protection
The modular FAS frontal impact protection system and EAS corner impact protection system provide maximum protection for warehouse racks and other structures.
The innovative, unique Smart Impact Control (S.I.C.) system protects all critical components potentially exposed to damage as a result of a sudden collision between warehouse vehicles and the protected structure. The S.I.C. system allows for full control of the effects of an impact.

FAS Front Collision Protection
The protection consists of two integral parts: the cover and the base, connected by a special HV connector.
Thanks to this design, if the pressure force is exceeded (a strong impact), the vertically mounted protective shield detaches from the base, thus protecting not only the rack but also the floor and anchors!
After quickly reinstalling the bumper, the system once again provides 100% protection for the warehouse structure. No costs for resurfacing the floor and no downtime resulting from the need to restore full structural protection.

RSP Anti-Collision Protective Panel
The RSP plus panel protection system provides maximum protection for warehouse racks and other structures. The RSP anti-collision system consists of a specially profiled arm made of 5mm thick steel, two EAS corner bumpers, and mounting and adjustment screws. The RSP plus panel arm is adjustable on both sides.

RSP Anti-Collision Protective Panel
The height of the RSP module is 310 mm. Together with the EAS corner bumpers (part of the RSP plus kit), it creates an effective anti-collision barrier with a height of 400mm.
The RSP plus modular protection system is designed to work with point protection to create a total protective surface with an appropriately adjustable protection width.

Rack Collision Protection
Innovative manufacturing technology makes RAS protectors suitable for use in almost every distribution and warehouse environment.
They effectively protect rack structures against the risk of unwanted damage resulting from collisions with vehicles inside the warehouse.
The bumper is designed to absorb impact forces throughout its entire structure. It creates a crumple zone, protecting the rack column from both frontal and side impacts.

Rack Collision Protection
Upon impact, the elements deform and then return to their original position, ensuring full protection of the rack structure. RAS protectors are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), making them extremely durable and providing long-lasting protection. They are also ideal for use in cold stores where the ambient temperature reaches -40°C!
The protector elements are exceptionally quick and easy to install.

SSS Structure Pillar Protection
The SSS column and pillar protection system is a new solution that allows the protection of all types of columns and pillars with irregular cross-sections.
SSS is a quick and easy way to install an effective protective shield yourself, without the use of tools.

An additional advantage of the SSS modular protection system is the ability to adapt the network of modules to almost any shape of column or pillar found in modern buildings (rectangular, H-shaped, I-shaped, oval, spherical, elliptical).
They are also suitable for wall mounting – the rods are additionally attached to the wall.

SAS FLEX Column Collision Protection
Thanks to its carefully selected low-density polyethylene (LDPE) composite and innovative modular design, the SAS protector can be used in almost any manufacturing and warehouse environment as primary protection for columns, pillars or support structures in manufacturing, warehouse and other buildings.
SAS protector models are suitable for columns and pillars with a round and rectangular cross-section.

SAS Column Collision Protection
How does it works?
The SAS protector is 15 cm thick. An air column is formed between the composite layer adjacent to the protected pillar and the outer wall of the protector.
During a collision (impact on the protector), the kinetic energy generated during the impact is dissipated by elastic deformation of the outer wall of the protector, and at the same time a mass of air is ejected (cushioned) through a specially designed opening in the base of the protector.
The lack of force (pressure) exerted on the walls after a collision causes the protector to slowly deform back to its original shape, “sucking” ambient air back into the protector.

SAS Column Collision Protection
Thanks to the material used in the construction of the SAS (flexible deformation) protector, any employee who finds themselves in a dangerous situation within the SAS or SAS FLEX protector (e.g. limbs or torso get stuck between a warehouse vehicle and the protector) has a chance of surviving the incident without any invasive consequences. In the case of any other steel safety structure, the chances of a worker surviving an incident without any consequences are drastically reduced, practically to zero.
