Solution: TUB1000ss / TRANSLYFT

We were asked to propose a suitable scissor lift table for installation on a mezzanine floor to assist the operator in feeding semi-finished products for subsequent mixing and weighing of flour and grain mixtures.

 

The selected superlow TUB1000 scissor lifting table was finished in glass-blasted stainless steel AISI304/1.4301 with a load capacity of 1000 kg, with a scissor stroke of 715mm and total raised 800mm.

 

With a closed height of only 85mm and U-shaped platform the super low TUB works perfectly with any hand pallet truck used on the production side.

 

 

 

The low weight of the table (225 kg) allows it to be used on any mezzanine structure.

 

The lifting platform, measuring 1450 x 1085 mm, is suitable for both Euro and UK pallets, which are often used on the customer side.

 

To ensure a higher standard of corrosion protection, the TUB1000 model was equipped with a Type II hydraulic cylinder, i.e. with special coating.

 

Piston rod and joint bed are in stainless steel.

 

Piston tube sandblasted, primed and painted twice with 2-component polyurethane paint including stainless steel fitting AISI316.

 

Lifting table is operated by the Operator with hand control box.
