The project involved designing a suitable scissor lifting table for an ergonomic workstation for feeding semi-finished products for the subsequent mixing and weighing of flour and grain mixtures. The selected scissor lifting table was finished in glass-blasted stainless steel AISI304/1.4301 with a load capacity of 1000 kg, with a scissor stroke of 1600 mm – limited by a limit switch at the appropriate height. The lifting platform with dimensions 1300x1000 mm, suitable for both Euro pallets and the UK pallets often used at Customer side. To ensure a higher standard of corrosion protection, the TLD1000 model was equipped with a Type II hydraulic cylinder, i.e. with special coating. Piston rod and joint bed are in stainless steel. Piston tube sandblasted, primed and painted twice with 2-component polyurethane paint including stainless steel fitting AISI316. Lifting table is operated by the Operator with hand control box.
