Task: It is necessary to propose, deliver, install and put into operation a lift that will perform the task of lifting and lowering a pallet-hanger with a wheeled base.
Project description
Boundary conditions of the project: An important point of the solution is the possibility of manually placing the product on the lift platform and the fact that the operator has free access to the pallet-hanger handles at all heights, in particular the handles at the highest level of the hanger. The device is to be made in a closed structure, i.e. all elements of the solution are to be covered if possible. The lift is to be painted in the colours specified by the Client. In this case, the moving components are RAL1033, all others RAL7035.
LP solution: Column lift with an adapted platform - based on TSL9-1000 Pallet Lifter TRANSLYFT. In this case the platform in the form of forks made of angle iron. The complete column is compact. All components are covered and column power is supplied from the top. The platform in the lower position always stops in the same position. The fork tips were painted red. When inserting the pallet hanger onto the platform, the operator always sees when it is correctly positioned and therefore ready to be lifted. The Operator is steering the TSL lifting platform by a hand control box.
