All Translyft stainless steel lifting machines are equipped with platform, base frame and scissors made of stainless steel AISI 304/1.4301, the surface is glass blasted. Shafts, wheels and bolts AISI 303/1.4305. Fittings and tubes are stainless steel AISI 316/1.4401 and safety frame made of aluminum. The power unit is covered by a stainless plate. Return pipe(s) from cylinder(s) to tank, with the exception of the all super low models, TR 500 and TRD 500 as there is no room for it.

The group of devices with a stainless steel finish allows you to select the appropriate hydraulic cylinder for the working environment in which the device will be used. You can choose between three main types of hydraulic cylinders.

Standard coating, including stainless steel fitting AISI 316/1.4401

With special coating. Piston rod and joint bed are in stainless steel. Piston tube sandblasted, primed and painted twice with 2-component polyurethane paint, including stainless steel fitting AISI 316/1.4401

With AISI 316/1.4401 tube. Piston rod AISI 329/1.4460 and joint bed AISI 420/1.4031 including stainless steel fitting AISI316/1.4401

Standard hydraulic oil for industrial environments. The series is formulated with Group II base oils, in combination with rust and oxidation inhibitors, anti-foam and highly stable anti-wear additives, offering good pump and piston protection..

Biodegradable hydraulic oil for use where environmental contamination may occur. TEXACO HYDRA 46 is an ultra-high-performance, zinc-free hydraulic fluid based on synthetic esters, designed for systems exposed to environmental factors. It provides excellent corrosion protection, high thermal stability and is suitable for stationary and mobile devices operating at temperatures from -30°C to +95°C.

Oil chosen wherever cold working environment is an issue. High-quality, shear-stable, multi-viscosity anti-wear hydraulic oil, designed for systems with a wide operating temperature range. With an ISO 15 viscosity grade, this high viscosity index oil provides excellent fluidity at low temperatures (down to -60 degrees Celsius), protecting vane, piston and gear pumps.

It is a high-performance, NSF H1 registered, fully synthetic ISO VG 32 hydraulic oil designed for the food industry. Based on polyalphaolefins (PAO), it provides excellent protection against wear, rust and thermal stability in food processing, bottling and canning machinery. Generally suitable for operating from -35°C to 170°C.
