Within the Hygienic Design lifting table range, the platform, base frame and scissors are made of AISI 304/1.4301 stainless steel. Shafts, wheels and bolts also AISI 303/1.4305. The surface is glass blasted finish. Fittings and tubes in stainless steel. Standard platform without cleaning slots. Available with cleaning slots. Special hygienic safety trip bar made of stainless AISI 304/1.4301. Return pipe(s) from cylinder(s) to tank. The power unit is separate from the table and covered by a stainless plate. Each lift table manufactured to hygienic standards is unique and made to order, but below we have listed some of the standard models that were most popular in previous years.

The base frame has drain holes and there are no hidden or blind edges. This makes it easy to remove water, cleaning foam and bacteria.
The scissors are produced in flat stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean.
