A range of hot galvanised lifting units allows you to select the appropriate hydraulic cylinder for the working environment in which the device will be used. You can choose between three main types of hydraulic cylinders.

Lifting Tables / Lifting Columns
All hot galvanised Translyft lifts feature a platform, base frame and scissors made of hot galvanised steel. Shafts, wheels and bolts in AISI 303/1.4305. Fittings and tubes electro galvanised. Safety frame in aluminium. The power unit is covered by a stainless plate. Return pipe(s) from cylinder(s) to tank, with the exception of the superlow models, TR 500 and TRD 500 as there is no room for it.

Standard coating, including stainless steel fitting AISI 316/1.4401
With special coating. Piston rod and joint bed are in stainless steel. Piston tube sandblasted, primed and painted twice with 2-component polyurethane paint, including stainless steel fitting AISI 316/1.4401
With AISI 316/1.4401 tube. Piston rod AISI 329/1.4460 and joint bed AISI 420/1.4031 including stainless steel fitting AISI316/1.4401
