TRANSLYFT lifts are used in almost every industrial environment. Their use significantly increases work efficiency, which translates into even greater operational profitability. All TRANSLYFT hydraulic lifts are CE certified and manufactured in accordance with the EU Machinery Directive and EN1570.
The lifts are equipped with an integrated or free-standing power unit, depending on your needs. The hand-held or foot-operated control pendant has a safety button and up/down buttons. The steel from which the lifts are constructed is cleaned, primed with an anti-rust agent, and coated with a two-component polyurethane paint. The under-frame, scissors, and platform are finished in steel blue RAL 5011.
Hot-dip galvanised or AISI 304/1.4301 stainless steel versions are available.
Models compliant with ATEX requirements and models with increased hygiene standards are also offered.
The lifts are designed for a 3 x 415V/50 Hz power supply + ground + 0. The voltage for all functions is 24V DC. The power box with the PCB controller has IP 65 protection, while the standard lift itself has IP 54 protection. The motors rotate at 1400 rpm, ensuring a long service life and relatively quiet operation. The noise level generated by the lifts ranges between 52-58 dBA.
